1. Independent, Third-Party Verification

We mandate rigorous third-party testing for every single batch. Our matcha ist tested by Eurofins, a global leader in bio-analytical testing. These samples are processed in ISO-accredited laboratories to ensure unbiased, scientifically accurate results.

2. Screening for 600+ Pesticides

Our testing protocol covers a spectrum of over 600 distinct pesticides and herbicides.

Our commitment is simple: strict adherence to the European Union (EU) pesticide regulations. The EU maintains the most stringent pesticide tolerances in the world—far stricter than standard US requirements. By benchmarking our tea against EU limits, we ensure our product is cleaner than what is legally required for the American market.

3. Heavy Metal Rigor

Tea leaves are natural bio-accumulators, meaning they absorb minerals from the soil in which they grow. This makes testing for heavy metals a critical safety measure, not an afterthought.

We test every batch for the "Big Four" heavy metals:

• Lead (Pb)

• Arsenic (As)

• Cadmium (Cd)

• Mercury (Hg)

Our products are verified to fall well within the safety limits established by the FDA and the European Union. We actively monitor these levels to ensure they remain safe for consumption, prioritizing consumer health above yield or profit.
